Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive female candidate to join our team at Jay Kay Industries & Investments Ltd in Accra, Ghana, as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Key Requirements:
• Must be a Ghana resident (Accra-based preferred)
• Prior experience in secretarial management or executive assistance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office management
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Strong multitasking abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset

This is a critical role supporting the MD in day-to-day operations, scheduling, correspondence, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth executive-level administration.
