Jay Kay Industries & Investments Ltd. is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for its Tema manufacturing facility.

The role will lead HR operations for a large production workforce operating across shifts. The mandate is clear: consistent policy, fair treatment, performance-based recognition, and a stable, professional workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for a large manufacturing workforce
• Support production planning and shift operations
• Drive employee engagement that builds morale and workplace stability
• Ensure fairness and equal treatment, with decisions based on performance
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, discipline and welfare in line with company policy and Ghana labour law
• Partner with plant leadership to maintain an orderly and respectful work environment
Requirements
• Minimum five years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proven experience managing a large, shift-based workforce
• Strong capability in engagement, performance management and workplace fairness
• Practical understanding of production operations
• Based in Ghana
• Integrity, clear communication and sound professional judgement
