Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while managing administrative and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and stakeholders professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Handle basic administrative and clerical duties
- Support internal departments with communication and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
