We are looking for a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to train our internal teams to design and optimize prompts that power our AI- riven workflows . This role is ideal for someone who not only understands how large language models behave, but can break that knowledge down and build AI capability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver hands-on AI prompt engineering training for internal teams
Design prompt frameworks, templates, and guidelines for team-wide use
Assess team skill levels and tailor training programmes accordingly
Create and maintain a shared prompt library with documented best practices
Collaborate with department leads to identify AI use cases within their workflows
Monitor model updates and ensure the team stays current with best practices

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Strong grasp of prompt engineering techniques (CoT, RAG, few-shot)
Proven ability to train, coach, or upskill non-technical staff on AI tools
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Python or scripting for demonstrations and automation
AI/ML certification or formal training is a plus
