About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Manager – Projects & R&D to lead research, product development, and project implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research and product development activities.
  • Manage project planning and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with a software company will be an added advantage.
