Beaker Farms Produce & Processing Company, Ltd. Beaker Farms Foods is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support that drives a high-performing, compliant and people-centered organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide strategic & operational HR support across the organization
✅ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
✅ Support recruitment, onboarding and induction
✅ Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation
✅ Coordinate performance management and staff development
✅ Advise management on employee relations & labour law compliance
✅ Promote a positive work culture, health, safety and welfare

Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
📊 Minimum 3–5 years’ HR experience (agricultural / food processing / manufacturing preferred)
⚖️ In-depth knowledge of Ghana’s labour laws & HR best practices
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
🎯 Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
🏅 Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, GHRA) is an added advantage
