As KeyMik continues to expand, the company is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Manager to lead its creative function and deliver exceptional creative solutions for both the agency and its growing portfolio of clients.
Position Overview
The Creative Manager will lead the planning, development, execution, and delivery of creative projects across multiple digital and traditional marketing channels. This role is responsible for managing creative teams, overseeing the production of high-quality visual and marketing assets, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring that every creative output aligns with strategic business objectives.
The successful candidate will combine creative excellence with strong leadership and project management skills, inspiring teams to deliver innovative campaigns while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall creative vision for KeyMik and its agency clients.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing concepts and creative campaigns.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand strategy, client objectives, and business goals.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and quality across all projects.
- Review and approve final creative assets before publication or delivery.
Creative Project Management
Lead the planning and execution of creative projects, including:
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Social media content
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Website graphics and landing pages
- Email marketing campaigns
- Brand identity and rebranding projects
- Sales presentations and marketing collateral
- Event branding and promotional materials
- Corporate publications
- Video and multimedia campaigns
Additional responsibilities include:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and production schedules.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks across creative teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team comprising:
- Graphic Designers
- Motion Graphic Designers
- Video Editors
- Content Creators
- Copywriters
- Photographers
- Videographers
- UI/UX Designers
- Freelance Creative Professionals
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular creative reviews and quality assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
- Build a high-performing, results-oriented creative culture.
Brand Management & Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistency across all creative assets and marketing materials.
- Review designs, videos, written content, and campaigns for brand compliance and quality.
- Develop, maintain, and update brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Management to strengthen creative direction and brand identity.
- Protect and enhance the visual integrity of both KeyMik and client brands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments, including:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Client Success
- Influencer Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing

- Product Teams
to develop compelling creative solutions that support business objectives, improve customer engagement, and drive campaign success.
Vendor & Production Management
- Manage relationships with freelance creatives, production houses, printers, agencies, and external vendors.
- Negotiate production schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure outsourced projects meet quality expectations while remaining cost-effective.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong professional partnerships.
Innovation & Performance
- Stay current with emerging design trends, digital technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and marketing innovations.
- Introduce new workflows, automation tools, and creative processes that improve efficiency and quality.
- Measure campaign performance using engagement, conversion, reach, and other marketing metrics.
- Continuously recommend improvements that enhance creative effectiveness and team productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in creative design, branding, advertising, content production, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience leading creative teams within an agency, corporate, or digital marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across digital, print, branding, advertising, video, and multimedia projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency.
- Experience managing influencer marketing and creator campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience leading and managing fully remote creative teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, automation platforms, and emerging design technologies.
