As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Telecaller to join its growing remote team.

Position Overview

Hogar Properties is looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Telecaller to support its sales and business development operations. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals with proven experience in real estate telecalling, lead generation, and customer qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining accurate CRM records, and nurturing relationships that contribute to successful property sales and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective property buyers, investors, and real estate clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on their property requirements, investment goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects through regular follow-up communication.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and property consultations for the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally while providing accurate information about available property opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and lead information within the company’s CRM system.
  • Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Identify genuine buying opportunities and support the sales team in converting qualified leads into successful transactions.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions that encourage customer engagement.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales consultants and management to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about current property listings, market trends, and investment opportunities to effectively engage prospective clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Property Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Qualification, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven ability to generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify genuine buying opportunities.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
