As KeyMik continues to expand, the company is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead internal branding initiatives while supporting brand development projects for agency clients.

Position Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and improve market positioning. Working closely with the Head of Brand Management, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Creative Design, Sales, Influencer Marketing, Client Success, Events, and Operations—to ensure consistent brand messaging and exceptional execution across all touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with excellent project management skills and has a passion for building memorable brands that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
  • Support the development of compelling brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated brand campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the company’s brand standards, identity, and values.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve brand performance through strategic initiatives.

Client Brand Management

Support branding and marketing initiatives for agency clients by:

  • Participating in brand discovery workshops and strategy sessions.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights.
  • Developing brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinating brand refresh and rebranding projects.
  • Managing brand implementation across digital marketing channels.
  • Ensuring consistency of client brands across campaigns, communications, and customer experiences.

Campaign & Content Management

  • Coordinate integrated branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Review creative assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, content creators, and marketing specialists to produce high-quality branded content.
  • Support the development of presentations, sales materials, case studies, proposals, and brand documentation.
  • Manage editorial and content calendars for brand initiatives.

Brand Research & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor brand awareness, reputation, and public perception.
  • Track customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  • Recommend improvements based on customer behavior, campaign performance, and market intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments, including:

to ensure all campaigns, communications, and customer experiences align with established brand guidelines and organizational objectives.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and production partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including:

  • Brand awareness

Prepare actionable reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, designers, content creators, and marketing professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of creativity, innovation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
