Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a resourceful individual who excels at multitasking, managing priorities, and ensuring the smooth coordination of daily business activities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting executive effectiveness by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to management.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks and action items.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
