Job Purpose
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leader in the assembling, sales, and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana, is looking to hire a results-driven Sales Executive for our Head Office in Tema. In this role, you will work closely with the national sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans for our diverse vehicle brands. You will be responsible for identifying sales trends, uncovering growth opportunities, and driving revenue from corporate, fleet, and individual clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about the “art” of sales, possesses strong strategic thinking, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities
• Introduce Zonda’s full range of vehicles (pickups, SUVs, light trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and machinery) to potential customers, clearly explaining features, pricing, and available financing options.
• Proactively follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and through personal business development efforts; assist in closing deals and coordinate seamless vehicle delivery to customers.
• Cooperate with the marketing and after-sales teams at the Tema office to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Drive sales of heavy-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, SUVs, and industrial machines to clients across Ghana.
• Identify emerging marketing trends and key opportunities for product and service innovation.
• Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients; actively listen to their needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
• Create frequent sales reports, forecasts, and analyses using sales and financial data.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences, primarily in the Greater Accra and Eastern regions but with occasional travel.
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects; share insights with internal product, marketing, and service teams to drive continuous improvement.

Academic Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years working experience as a Sales Executive or Marketer – experience in the automobile industry is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good personal appearance and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Work Ethic: Proven ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Other: Valid driver’s license is desirable but not mandatory.
