Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling of meetings
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization
- Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support
- Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling (if required)
- Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and internal communications
- Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
