Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall perform the following duties but not limited to;

I. Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching of field agents and sales team

II. Determine the needs by analyzing sales results, spending time on fields and laison with sales supervisors and managers

III. Develop and update training materials that improve sales for field associates

IV. Monitor agent performance and track the impact of training on associate productivity, quality scores and retention

V. Recruit and train new recruits in all aspect that will help them sell effectively

VI. Responsible for all logistics arrangement for training including conducting training needs analysis, developing customized curriculum and learning activities and implementing training programs to address needs identified

VII. Track and report training effectiveness and performance key indicators

VIII. Create awareness to all field associates on specified information security /data protection requirements

IX. Attain 100% accuracy and completeness of recruitment and training reports

X. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards

XI. Work within recruitment and training budget

XIV. Create healthy team spirit as well as an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

XV. Perform other recruitment and training related task that may be assigned.

The Candidate

• HND, First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales recruitment, training, coaching or field sales
• Experience in insurance, finance/banking, FMCG is an advantage
• Fluent in English and/or any local Ghanaian language is an advantage
• Strong team player
• Strong interpersonal good human relation skills
• Ability to work in the office and on field
• Should be able to review data and share constructive feedback
• Should have completed national service
• Conversant with MS Suit (Word, Excel, Power point)
