Job Description

Grade: Level 19 Step 1 (Base Grade)

Job Purpose

To oversee the management, maintenance, and safety of NaCCA properties, assets, and physical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and structural inspections of buildings.
  • Manage utilities, space allocation, and health and safety standards.
  • Supervise estate contractors, security personnel, and cleaning services.
  • Ensure efficient utilization and management of institutional assets.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Estate Management, Land Economy, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body is an advantage.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.

Core Skills and Competencies

  • Good knowledge of land administration laws and regulations.
  • Strong asset and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
