Job Description
Grade: Level 19 Step 1 (Base Grade)
Job Purpose
To oversee the management, maintenance, and safety of NaCCA properties, assets, and physical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and structural inspections of buildings.
- Manage utilities, space allocation, and health and safety standards.
- Supervise estate contractors, security personnel, and cleaning services.
- Ensure efficient utilization and management of institutional assets.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Estate Management, Land Economy, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
- Membership of a relevant professional body is an advantage.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
Core Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of land administration laws and regulations.
- Strong asset and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
