Revenue & Sustainability Lead – Care for Society Network International

Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, innovative, and results-driven professional to join our organisation as a Fundraising & Enterprise Development Officer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, resource mobilization, partnership development, and social impact.

The successful candidate will lead fundraising initiatives, proposal development, donor engagement, partnership building, and enterprise growth strategies to support the long-term sustainability and expansion of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal writing, grant applications, and donor engagement activities
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sponsorships
• Develop and coordinate fundraising campaigns and sustainability initiatives
• Support the growth and management of social enterprise and revenue-generating activities
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, development partners, corporate organisations, and stakeholders
• Monitor enterprise performance, financial sustainability, and impact outcomes
• Conduct market research and identify innovative opportunities for organisational growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that strengthen financial sustainability
• Prepare reports, presentations, and partnership documentation for stakeholders and funders

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, NGO Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fundraising, proposal writing, partnerships, business development, or enterprise development
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to develop funding proposals and secure partnerships or funding opportunities
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing
