Role Purpose

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for client deployment. The role directly impacts revenue through timely and high-quality placements. The Recruiter at  must be faster, more disciplined, and more candidate-aware than a typical in-house recruiter.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates and conducting screens and interviews for assigned requisitions.
  • Collecting and verifying pre-employment documentation.
  •  Maintaining RTS records for all candidate interactions.
  • Communicating with candidates professionally at all stages.

   Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with a minimum of a second class lower.
  • 2–4 years recruitment experience in outsourcing.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite certification or equivalent sourcing credential is an advantage.

Expectations

  • Strong sourcing and screening capability. 
  • Experience conducting structured interviews.
  • Experience working with an ATS or candidate tracking system.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
