Job Description

Location: Kasoa, Prampram, Ada, Kumasi

Job Descriptions

Leading the implementation of initiatives and bridging the gap between planning and local impact.

Project Oversight: Lead the execution of health and resilience programs, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the specific needs of the local community.

Community Sensitization: Design and deliver educational sessions on public health, disaster preparedness, and community well-being.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local leaders, health directorates, and community influencers to gain buy-in for initiatives.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct regular field assessments to track project progress and measure the real-world impact on the lives of community members.

Report Writing: Compile detailed monthly reports and case studies highlighting success stories and areas for improvement within assigned work locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
