Maintenance Manager – Millionaires Casino

Job Description

Millionaires Casino Accra is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operations of facilities, equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
•Manage maintenance staff and external contractors
•Ensure the proper functioning of building systems, equipment and utilities
•Prepare the proper functioning of building systems, equipment and utilities
•Prepare and monitor maintenance records and reports
•Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
•A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance management
•Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
•Good knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment and safety standards
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
