Job Description
Nesstra Ghana Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help us keep our offices and company apartments clean, functional, and ready for use.
This role is for someone who notices the details — the bulb that needs changing, the AC that is not cooling properly, the apartment that needs painting before a new employee arrives, or the office area that should be cleaner and better organized.
The person will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day maintenance, following up with technicians and service providers, preparing company apartments for new employees, and making sure our facilities are always in good condition.
We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Practical and proactive
✅ Organized and responsible
✅ Good at following up until the job is done
✅ Able to coordinate cleaners, painters, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and other service providers
✅ Experienced in maintenance, facility coordination, property management, or similar work
A driver’s license will be an advantage.
