At Extension Africa, we’re building innovative advisory systems that help farmers, agribusinesses, and rural communities thrive across Africa.

We’re looking for a proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team in Abuja and support key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, staff records management, and HR compliance.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
✔ 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
