Job Overview
Our client is currently seeking to hire 20 experienced Call Center Agents to join their remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and prior experience in a call center or customer support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar customer service role preferable in the fintech space.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency
