• Recruiting new students to the school through document verification and advice on the programs
offered by the school.
• Admitting and registering new students, generating class lists, updating fee uploads on excel
sheet through ERP system.
• Coordinating, supervising and keying in CATs and Work based (WBA) marks in the ERP system
for each exam series.
• Request for Final Certificates and Transcripts on both ERP and RA001 system.
• Preparation of student clearance and booking students for graduation on the ERP system.
• Receive all Clients both internal and external that visit the branch.
• Organizing student activities e.g., career talks and forums and student welfare.
• Team leader overseeing other junior staff, for supervision and mentorship.
• Preparation of relevant office documents and dispatching them as per the requirement and to see
they are filed accordingly for ease of work.
• Maintaining a conducive environment for both staff and students.
• Oversee the effective staffing of the Front office area and manage enquiries.
• Answering phone calls from Customers, branches and other external customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer service assistant to ensure that journals are distributed on time
membership records and follow ups ensuring members receive their journals on monthly basis.
• Ensuring that all records are properly filed and timely follow-ups for renewals.
• Follow up with head office to ensure that members obtain cards certificates and other services on
time.
• Resolving Customers’ complaints and giving instant feedback
• Ensuring proper administration and optimal use of petty cash.
• Deputize the branch manager in the running day-to-day operations.
