The Training Manager at Sizanid Staffing plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and delivering effective training programs for our clients, candidates, and internal teams. You will manage day-to-day training operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences that drive performance and skill development.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop curriculum, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness while managing a team of trainers and training coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and manage training programs aligned with company objectives and client needs.
  • Coordinate with instructional designers, trainers, and client teams to ensure training quality and relevance.
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze feedback to continually improve training content and delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the development of the training team.
  • Track and report on training metrics and learner progress to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience managing training programs or teams, preferably in staffing, BPO, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work with international teams and across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in workforce development or talent acquisition environments.
  • Knowledge of training technologies, e-learning authoring tools, or certification programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
