Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand our products, services, and target markets through structured training programs.
  • Support the sales team by conducting outbound prospecting, including cold calling and emailing potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
  • Develop communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop a career in sales and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take on challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
