Sizanid Staffing is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative (Trainee). This role is ideal for candidates eager to kickstart their career in sales and business development with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand our products, services, and target markets through structured training programs.
- Support the sales team by conducting outbound prospecting, including cold calling and emailing potential clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
- Develop communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage prospects and clients.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take on challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
