Job Description

Location: Kasoa, Prampram, Ada, Kumasi

Job Descriptions

Providing the operational foundation to ensure all community programs are executed seamlessly.

Logistics Coordination: Manage the procurement and dispatch of essential supplies for community health drives and resilience workshops.

Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of community outreach data, ensuring all local beneficiary information is kept confidential and organized.

Front-Line Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the public, handling inquiries from community members and local partners.

Financial Tracking: Support the management of petty cash and field expenses to ensure transparency and accountability for community projects.

Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the regional office to provide a productive environment for the project team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
