JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Operations Manager will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure, particularly cloud (Azure) and Server Systems by leading technical teams, managing system updates, and streamlining workflows. This role combines deep technical knowledge of IT systems with project management, vendor interaction, and service improvement to meet strict SLAs and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee and manage cloud platforms, networking protocols, databases, and data center infrastructure.

Operational Excellence:

Improve system performance and availability through proactive monitoring, deployment, and adherence to ITIL frameworks.

Team Leadership:

Lead engineers and developers, manage vendor relationships, and handle cross-functional collaboration to solve complex technical problems.

Project Execution:

Coordinate and execute technical components of engineering projects, such as system upgrades, deployments, and migration projects.

Security & Risk:

Ensure security best practices, including firewall management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Proficiency:

Strong expertise in IT systems, Windows/Linux operating systems, cloud computing, and project management

Experience:

Previous experience in technical program management, IT operations, or partner operations
10+ years’ experience required

AI Knowledge:

Deep appreciation of AI infrastructures

Communication:

Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
