About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced and results-driven professionals to join the leadership team of a growing electric vehicle (EV) business in Ghana.

As the electric mobility sector continues to create new opportunities for innovation, sustainable transportation, and business growth, the organisation is seeking capable leaders to drive its strategic direction, strengthen commercial performance, ensure financial sustainability, and build a high-performing workforce.

We are inviting applications from qualified professionals with strong leadership capabilities, relevant industry experience, and a passion for contributing to the development of Ghana’s electric mobility ecosystem.

Available Positions

1. General Manager

The General Manager will provide overall leadership and strategic direction, oversee business operations, and drive the achievement of organisational objectives. The role will involve translating business strategy into actionable plans, coordinating departmental activities, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

2. Head of Sales & Marketing

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the company’s commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen its market presence. Responsibilities will include developing sales and marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing customer relationships, and positioning the company’s electric vehicle products and services competitively in the market.

3. Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial controls. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions, ensure compliance with applicable financial and statutory requirements, and promote sound financial management and business sustainability.

4. Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources will lead the organisation’s people strategy, ensuring that HR policies and practices support business objectives. Key areas of focus will include talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, employee relations, and the development of a productive organisational culture.
