HR Manager – Elixir Audits

Job Description

Elixir Audits is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the employee experience end-to-end, from workforce planning and organizational design through employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and employee development.

The Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading employee relations and performance management initiatives.
• Driving workforce planning and organizational design.
• Developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Overseeing payroll administration and HR systems.
• Supporting employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
• Providing strategic HR advice to management and senior leadership.
• Managing and continuously improving HR processes and systems.
• Supporting organizational growth through effective people strategies and workforce planning.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience; 5 or more years is preferred.
• Experience in consulting or professional services will be an advantage.
• Ability to provide strategic HR advice at senior management and board level.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HR systems and payroll administration.
• Sound understanding of Ghanaian labour laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
