Symetra is hiring for an HR Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote capacity across the United States. This is a strong opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers and delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. If you have a background in recruiting, HR, customer service, or coordination and are ready to contribute to the growth of a nationally recognised insurance and financial services organisation, Symetra would like to hear from you.

In this role, you will source and attract qualified candidates across a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and support them throughout the full recruitment cycle. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure that every applicant has a positive and professional experience from first contact through to offer. You will also contribute to broader talent acquisition and workforce growth initiatives, helping Symetra continue to build the high performing teams that support its mission.

The ideal candidate brings experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, or coordination, along with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, communicating confidently with hiring managers and candidates, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the hiring process. A genuine passion for people and talent is central to success in this role.
