In this role, you will assist with recruitment and candidate screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. You will help maintain employee records and HR documentation, and support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for employees joining or leaving the organisation. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, prepare HR reports and trackers, and provide support across day to day HR administrative tasks, gaining broad exposure to how an HR function operates.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, and fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with good organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and bring a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
