About the Opportunity

BlueStone Staffing Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Technical Recruiter to join its high-performing recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is passionate about identifying exceptional talent, building meaningful candidate relationships, and delivering successful hiring outcomes in a fully remote environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, candidates, sales teams, and account managers to manage recruitment assignments across a range of technical disciplines. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting clients in attracting and hiring highly skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interview coordination and placement.
• Source, identify, attract, and engage qualified technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit for a wide range of technical positions, including roles in:
  • Software Development and Engineering
  • Infrastructure and Cloud Technology
  • Cybersecurity
  • IT and Technology Operations
  • Other related technical disciplines
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and assess candidates against client requirements.
• Develop meaningful and professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
• Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple client requirements and recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Consistently work toward and achieve recruitment performance and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Stay informed about technology talent markets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment trends.

Requirements and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of technical recruitment experience.
• Experience working in a staffing, recruitment, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT, or related technology fields.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage highly skilled technical professionals.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
• Experience managing multiple client requirements and vacancies simultaneously.
