ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
-Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
– Manage employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
– Support compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
– Coordinate onboarding, staff integration, and succession planning initiatives.
– Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
– Support recruitment and retention of HR and administrative staff.
– Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports and metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– 3 years experience in HR operations or administration
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
