About the Firm
An immigration and travel support firm based in Accra, providing professional visa advisory services to individuals, families, students, and business clients.
Role Purpose
To manage the firm’s online presence, create attractive digital content, respond to online enquiries, and help convert digital interest into consultations and paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the firm’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Medium, WhatsApp Business, and other approved channels.
Design and publish social media adverts, flyers, short posts, and promotional content.
Create weekly/monthly content plans for visa advisory, travel support, and related services.
Respond promptly and professionally to online enquiries, comments, inbox messages, and WhatsApp Business leads, without making misleading claims or visa guarantees.
Convert online enquiries into consultation bookings, support organic/paid campaigns, maintain lead records, and submit weekly/monthly reports on content, engagement, enquiries, bookings, and conversions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field.
At least 1–3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, online customer engagement, or a related role.
Strong writing, design, customer engagement, reporting, and digital platform skills, with good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Medium, WhatsApp Business, and basic analytics.
Preferred Skills
Experience in travel, visa advisory, or service-based marketing.
Good design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Affinity, Photopea, CorelDRAW, GIMP, Adobe Acrobat, or similar tools.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business tools, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.
Basic video editing skills and ability to create lead-generating content.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary plus performance bonus or lead-conversion incentive where applicable.
