Job Description
Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring a Service Administrator.
Job Responsibilities
Work-In-Process (WIP) & Financial Performance Management
•Monitor and manage work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure job court, cost and aging remain within the established targets to support profitability and operational efficiency
•Review jobs and ensure costs are allocated accurately across, contact customer and internal accounts
Contract Administration & Invoicing
•Oversee contract administration activities, including purchase order follow-up, monthly invoicing and billing compliance, collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely submission, processing and payment of customer invoices.
Documentation, Compliance & Audit Support
•Ensure all customer required supporting documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to facilitate invoice processing, maintain accurate records, archive financial documentation and support internal audits as required
Procurement & Budget Management
•Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials, equipment and services.
Operational Coordination & Continuous Improvement
•Oversee job creation, administration and invoicing processes to ensure compliance with business requriements and performance metrics
•Facilitate team meetings, communicate operational updates, promote best practices, and support cross functional collaboration to enhance service delivery
Qualification Required & Experience
•Minimum of HND Engineering Mech/Electrical/Agric
•Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in Mining Engineering or construction
