Job Summary

The Senior People Operations Analyst will support the People and Culture team in shaping a meaningful employee experience from hiring to exit, with a simple mission: help our people be their best, give their best, and have the best experience while at it.

This role combines hands-on execution with strategic input, requiring someone who can lead projects, make sound independent decisions, and contribute to building scalable people systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and exit processes.
  • Support performance management cycles, employee development, and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support and continuously improve payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
  • Lead and contribute to people projects and initiatives, improving processes, policies, and systems to support a growing and high-performing organisation.
  • Use data, reporting, and insights to track impact, support decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and overall people outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage expectations effectively, and support employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Help strengthen a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment aligned with the company’s people philosophy and business goals.

Location

Lagos (hybrid)

An ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, especially payroll management.
  • Performance management experience.
  • Experience driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and work independently.
  • Membership of at least one of CIPM, HRCI, SHRM or any relevant institute/association.
  • Tech/fintech experience will be an added advantage.

Reporting Line

The job holder will report to the People Operations Lead.

Compensation

The starting compensation for this role is NGN850,000 – NGN1,000,000 monthly net.
