Job Description
The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals to fill the following positions. Successful candidates will contribute to the implementation, management, and advancement of curriculum development, assessment systems, and institutional operations within the Council.
Grade: Level 19 Step 1 (Base Grade)
Job Purpose
To manage, maintain, and secure the Council’s IT infrastructure, networks, and digital communication systems while providing technical support and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee network administration, hardware maintenance, and software updates.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Ensure robust data backup, cybersecurity protocols, and website maintenance.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and institutional IT projects.
- Monitor and maintain ICT infrastructure performance and security.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional certification from a recognized institution is an advantage.
- Membership of a recognized ICT professional body is desirable.
- Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
