Are you a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded professional with exceptional executive support skills? We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
This role requires a confident professional who can represent the CEO with professionalism, exercise sound business judgment, and effectively manage executive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all logistics are in place.
- Represent the CEO at meetings, business engagements, and corporate events when required.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, executives, and key stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality business presentations, proposals, reports, briefing notes, and executive documentation.
- Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence, reports, contracts, proposals, bids, and other official documents.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, itineraries, and event logistics.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Follow up on client relationships, pending business matters, and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain confidential executive records and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Provide clerical, administrative, and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the Executive Office.
- Perform additional executive support duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Skills
Successful candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Administrator, or similar senior administrative role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand executive-level priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare executive reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Experience coordinating executive travel and event logistics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
