Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team and help keep True Culture organised, responsive and efficient as we grow.
This is a hands on role with real responsibility. You will be a key point of contact for internal coordination and routine external communication, helping to keep information, meetings and simple processes on track. You will work closely with the Founder and core team, using good judgement and initiative rather than waiting for instruction on every detail.
Experience in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior level administrative support to the Founder and core teamCoordinate diaries, meetings and follow up actions in a structured and timely wayHelp manage and prioritise enquiries, responding professionally or redirecting as neededMaintain organised records and trackers that support the smooth running of the businessLiaise with clients, partners and suppliers on routine matters, representing the brand in a professional and warm mannerSpot gaps in simple admin or operational routines and suggest practical improvements
Qualifications and Skills
Solid experience in an administrative, coordination or executive assistant roleBackground in travel, tourism or hospitality is a strong advantageStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and spoken English, with a clear, friendly and professional w interest in culture, travel and purpose led work
