Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling HealthTech Ghana Limited’s range of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, laboratory and diagnostic equipment, and other healthcare solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, diagnostic equipment, and healthcare solutions.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, NGOs, and other healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs and emerging business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Provide after-sales support by responding promptly to customer enquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client visits is desirable.
