Job Description

We are inviting applications from dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our commercial team within the sorghum value chain. Candidates must have strong sales experience, an understanding of commodity markets, and the ability to build strategic relationships across the industry.

Sales Officer ‼️
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new sales opportunities for sorghum and related products.
✅ Manage relationships with customers, processors, breweries, and large buyers.
✅ Conduct market visits, gather competitive intelligence, and provide weekly sales reports.
✅ Support promotions, pricing negotiations, and customer onboarding.
✅ Track customer orders, coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
✅ Maintain accurate sales records and assist with monthly sales forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Degree/HND in Marketing, Sales, Agribusiness, or related field.
✅ Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales; experience in grains/commodities is an added advantage.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Good understanding of sorghum buyers, market pricing, and industry dynamics.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
