Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s travel and tour services, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with individual, corporate, and group clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, marketing travel packages, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to strengthen the company’s market presence and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell the company’s travel and tour packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and present travel proposals, quotations, and customized travel packages to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by management.
Marketing & Promotions
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote travel services and packages.
- Manage and update marketing content on social media platforms and the company website.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to attract new clients.
- Assist in developing promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide professional travel advice and recommend suitable travel packages based on customer needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management to improve travel services and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with ticketing and visa processing officers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding travel details, documentation, and service updates.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a travel and tour company.
