Job Summary

MPower Ventures is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities across Ghana. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.

The role requires close collaboration with the Technical Team to ensure accurate technical delivery to clients, as well as providing excellent after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell solar products and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects and assess client energy needs
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales cycle and after-sales process
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Educate customers on solar energy solutions and promote sustainable energy adoption
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in selling technical products (mandatory)
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy solutions is an added advantage
