Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Agrochemicals to lead the sales and distribution of our agrochemical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibility
📌 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
📌 Promote and sell agrochemical products to distributors, dealers, retailers, and large-scale farmers.
📌 Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
📌 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
📌 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
📌 Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
📌 Coordinate product demonstrations and customer training activities.
📌 Ensure timely collection of payments and effective account management.
📌 Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in agrochemicals, agricultural inputs, or a related industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector and agrochemical market.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✅ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
✅ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
