Job Description

Silver Star Auto, a reputable automative company in Accra is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Promote and sell automobiles by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable models.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and new automobile models.
• Assist customers with financing and insurance options when necessary.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the automobile industry and current market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
