Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to support our growth by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, and driving revenue across our products and services. This role is ideal for a proactive and persuasive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Engage prospective customers and present product offerings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
Provide market feedback and insights to inform strategy

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or tech
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM tools
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
