Location: Accra, Ghana

A leading, reputable insurance company is seeking driven professionals to join our Retail Affluent team. As a Relationship Officer, you’ll manage and grow relationships with affluent clients, providing tailored insurance and wealth solutions that protect and build their legacy.


REQUIREMENTS:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance,finance or a related field.
– At least 2 years of sales experience in insurance, banking, wealth management or related fields.
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Experience dealing with affluent or high-net-worth clients is highly desirable
– Excellent communication and advisory skills.
-Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
-Age: 25 years and above
