Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Assess project risks and manage variations and claims
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in the construction industry
- Experience in managing international contracts and FIDIC terms
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
