EatByZoe is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Control Officer to help uphold our commitment to excellence and ensure the highest standards across our operations.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect all finished cakes and bakery products before they are delivered to customers.
2. Verify designs, flavours, messages, and specifications for accuracy.
3. Identify defects, provide feedback, and ensure corrections are made before sign-off.
4. Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
5. Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
6. Collaborate with production and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in General Science, Food Science, Home Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
3. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Knowledge of bakery operations is an added advantage.
