Qualifications, Experience & Skill

Competence (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities)

  3. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel

Qualification & Experience

  1. HND or higher in an engineering discipline, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience in a similar role or related position in handling aircraft parts/in an aircraft/maintenance and engineering activities

Key Tasks

  1. Responsible for purchase requests for aircraft parts and consumables
  2. Compare and evaluate Request For Quotes (RFQ) from suppliers
  3. Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  4. Apply and track outstanding payments to suppliers
  5. Update and maintain records of all orders, backorders, invoices, payments, and shipments
  6. Research and recommend potential vendors/suppliers
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support transparency and accountability
  8. Other relevant tasks assigned by your superior
