Jachin Foods Industries Ltd. is seeking to recruit a highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced professional to join its team as a Production Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality standards, and leading production teams to achieve organizational targets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to ensure smooth production flow, maintain quality standards, manage factory staff, and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality control teams to meet output targets.

The Production Manager will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, minimizing waste, and ensuring that production activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production operations to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Ensuring production schedules are achieved while meeting quality and efficiency targets.
• Managing and leading production staff to maximize performance and accountability.
• Monitoring production processes to identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Collaborating closely with the Procurement Department to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Coordinating with Warehouse personnel to maintain adequate inventory levels and facilitate efficient movement of materials.
• Working with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet established quality and food safety standards.
• Implementing strategies to minimize production losses, wastage, and inefficiencies.
• Monitoring key production performance indicators and preparing operational reports for management.
• Enforcing compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the production environment.
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance productivity and technical competence.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production output and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• HND or equivalent qualification in Production Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Two (2) to Five (5) years of relevant experience in biscuit production or a similar food manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
• Willingness to accept responsibility and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding production deadlines.
